US: Shipping Information

We have partnered with USPS, FedEx, UPS & DHL to provide you with the best rates for both express and non-urgent shipping. All orders placed are shipped from our warehouse in California, USA (unless otherwise specified). Within 48 hours of placing your order (Monday to Friday), your items will be securely packed and shipped. You will then receive an email with a tracking number to track your order.

Please note: Whilst we are always striving to maintain our 48 hour dispatch, during busy periods (such as sales) dispatch may take a little longer. Additionally, system updates or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, occasionally occur, which may cause delays in dispatch and delivery, including the extension of our cut-off times. However, we will always work hard to reduce the impact of these disruptions. All international customers are responsible for any customs fees that may occur when your order is processed through customs. However, due to the low price of products we sell, this is unlikely to occur in most countries. The above timeframes are estimates provided by the carriers and are therefore not guaranteed.

SHIPPING DELAYS

On some occasions, shipping your order may be delayed. These reasons include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Items ordered are pre-sale (ship date is stated on product page)
  • Holiday Period or new item release (please allow up to 72 hours for your order to be shipped in these cases)

For all orders containing 'pre-sale' or 'back ordered' items, your order will be shipped when all products are in stock. All estimated dates of shipping are subject to change due to unforeseen delays.

LOST PACKAGES / INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure all details are correct before completing your checkout. Once orders have been shipped, CardCutz cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, delayed, or mis-delivered packages. Even though we can file an investigation with the parcel carriers handling the shipment there is no guarantee that we will succeed in finding the package. If we have no luck it will be your responsibility to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance in finding its exact location.

Should the address you have provided is incomplete not allowing for a correct delivery, you can contact us once the parcel has been returned to us (which can take up to a few weeks) and you will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.

In cases where an incorrect delivery address has been entered and the recipient has accepted the delivery we are unfortunately unable to assist.
