COVID-19 Update

SYDNEY WAREHOUSE CONTINUES OPERATING AS NORMAL
The recent outbreak of COVID-19 virus is causing uncertainty and anxiety for everyone around the world. We want to inform you that as of now, all operations from our Sydney warehouse are still in full swing and your orders will still be shipped within 24 hours. Our warehouse team has protective measures in place to meet social distancing requirements and to ensure our warehouse staff remain healthy.

CARRIER DELAYS (UPDATE AS OF 3/6/20)
Both international and domestic carriers are experiencing delays with Economy and Standard shipments. Please see below for new timeframes:

  • Domestic Economy: Average of an extra 3-5 business days for delivery.
  • International Economy/Standard: Average of an extra 3-4 weeks for delivery. Please note, Australia Post has published that some shipments via these methods may go via Sea Freight to handle the increased demand and the lack of commercial flights. For more delivery updates, please click here
